We want you to love your Glossier favorites, so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for all products. Simply reach out to our G-Team and we will help you find a solution or process a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return back in their original Glossier pink pouch or any secure mailing envelope.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Wait for Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
