How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status by logging into your Glossier account and selecting 'Order History'.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your products. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund. Please contact our gTEAM at [email protected] to start the process.

Are Glossier products cruelty-free?

Yes, Glossier is a 100% cruelty-free company. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we are certified by Leaping Bunny.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, France, and Australia. We are working hard to bring Glossier to more countries soon.

How do I know which shade of Boy Brow or Skin Tint to choose?

Our product pages feature shade-matching guides and photos of the products on various skin tones. If you need a personalized recommendation, feel free to email a selfie to our gTEAM.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we can only make changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of the order being placed.
